INGREDIANTS 

  • Brioche Bun - oversized if available or Hawaiian brand
  • Smoky AioliSauce
  • Sweet or Bread and Butter Pickles
  • Thin sliced lettuce  — Iceberg OK
  • Beefsteak Tomato Slice
  • Fried Chicken Breast —  Pounded, Breaded and Re-breaded or Panko)t5e41q2w3e4r5t6y7u8i9o0p-[=\/

  • Club Soda Batter  ( Flour and Club Soda)

COOKING TIPS  —  

  • First— Dredge the chicken twice through the breading… Do it before and after the dip in the soda batter…(as in club soda)
  • And on that second pass, you have to get all “kitty” with it.  Knead the Breast to get more coverage. “What you're doing is you're literally creating texture, right? It’s called seeding in the industry.”  And once it fries up, it gets super crispy in layers and it catches the sauce as well.”

SAUCES — 


Honey Sriracha Sauce Ingredients:

  • Butter:  1/4 cup unsalted butter  —For rich buttery flavor and to thin out the sauce
  • Sriracha:  1/3 cup or less Sriracha  —  Use more or less depending on how spicy you’d like the sauce to be
  • Honey:  1/2 cup honey  —  Mellows out the spiciness and you can use as little or as much as you’d like
  • Soy sauce:   2 tablespoons soy sauce  —  Just a touch for added flavor
  • Lime juice:   2 teaspoons fresh lime juice  —  Brightens up the sauce
  • Simmer all the ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer it as long as needed to reach the desired consistency. If you want a thicker sauce for dipping, Simmer for 5-10 minutes.


Smoky Aioli Sauce  —  (Smoked Paprika Aioli)

Smoked Paprika Aioli Is A Perfect Low Carb Sauce For Dipping Shrimp, Veggies, And Snacks! A Great Topping For Burgers, Chicken, And Fish


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all of the ingredients into a chopper or food processor. Pulse until well incorporated.
  • Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
