They survived serving mediocre food in mass qualities and quantities, using the pig-trough concept to appeal to obesity on all levels. We ate there three times for four years and each time it was horrid hopping they would get better.  
Our investigative dinners ( more than ten times with multiple food people) indicated how really bad this place was.   The food was low class, meat, more grizzle and not fit for animal consumption. (Dog Food) 

Nothing like in the pictures, nothing endorsed on TV by a comedian who got paid to lie about the quality or never ate there. Jeff Foxworthy , I expected more from you.

Much of the additional information was obtained from Florida State government records and is compiled from sanitation and safety inspections of named restaurants.   

The new food police investigators are doing a good job monitoring these places but my health is more important since the older food police somehow didn’t see what I saw, like swarms of fruit flies all over the salad bars. I told the asst. trainee manager about them, it was like a plague, and she did nothing, neither did the manager. We walked out. 

Probably owned the records for violations year after year and their corporation is a joke.  What you see on the TV is not what you get,  and both are still open.  Disgusting, reported many times. It’s strictly a management problem, franchisees with bad attitudes and worse corporate greed combined with poor supervision.
